Brown and Brown Headquarters

Brown & Brown HQ

Energy Air was selected by Barton Malow to furnish and install the complete HVAC system and accompanying chiller yard for Brown & Brown’s brand-new 227,000 10 story corporate headquarters currently under construction in Daytona Beach. The $25 M riverfront, glass walled building is scheduled to be completed in 2020. Energy Air is pleased to be part of a project that will bring business and new jobs to the downtown Daytona Beach area.

WDW Project H – Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser

Energy Air was contracted by PCL in 2019 to complete the entire HVAC scope for the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser project, and interactive Star Wars themed hotel took approximately 2 years to complete. This unique hotel allows guests to become fully immersed in their own Star Wars experience, with an onboarding . Another of guests into the facility so they can start and finish their experience.

Daytona International Speedway

Daytona International Speedway

Barton Malow contracted Energy Air to complete the entire HVAC system for Daytona’s International Speedway. The mechanical system installed includes one of the largest VRF, or variable refrigerant flow, systems in the country. This technology makes it possible to give different areas heating or cooling control. Rooms with unused climate controls can be switched off entirely, resulting in exceptional comfort and efficiency. Intensive BIM coordination was needed for this project and these efforts resulted in a global BIM award for the best sport and recreation project in 2015.

Curaleaf

Curaleaf contracted Energy Air to complete the CEP, ductwork and piping for their greenhouses and new location in Mount Dora. Curaleaf requires specific temperature control based on the multiple phases of growth for their product. This project is being completed in multiple phases. Phase one covered 60,000 square feet with 1500 tons of cooling capacity and 25 custom chillers. Phase II will include 45,000 square feet and 1300 tons of cooling utilizing 19 AHUs. There are an additional 5 phases that will be completed beginning in December.

Tohopekaliga High School

Tohopekaliga High School

Energy Air completed the entire HVAC system, including underground piping, for the first new High School in Osceola County built in over 10 years. From the beginning the school was designed to represent the next generation of education. The 356,718 square foot school is able to accommodate over 3,000 students. There are over 11 buildings and each one is equipped with terraces that use solar power and rain cisterns.

Citi Tower

We were contracted to complete the HVAC scope on Citi Tower, a multi-use high rise located in the heart of Downtown Orlando. This 494,000 square foot complex has 233 units, a 345-space integrated parking structure and over 9,000 feet of retail space. The project has quickly made a large economic impact on the downtown marketplace.
