Our experience includes completing the HVAC scope of work for hotels, restaurants, clubhouses, conference centers, amusement parks and rides, gyms, community centers, movie theatres and more. The scopes have ranged from the full redesign and build of a 7-story, 170,000 square foot hotel, to the complete renovation of a convention center, to a new water park. Our commercial service department handles the regular planned maintenance of numerous hotels, and we work regularly with local hospitality and themed entertainment companies performing equipment replacements.
