La calefacción y el aire acondicionado generalmente representan entre el 25 y el 50 por ciento de la energÃa consumida en los edificios comerciales de EE. UU. Dependiendo del tipo de edificio, ese porcentaje puede aumentar aún más. Con tanta energÃa y dinero destinados a la calefacción y la refrigeración, muchos dueños de negocios buscan opciones de HVAC más ecológicas y eficientes desde el punto de vista energético. Government Projects
OSIA Terminal Expansion Phase 3
Energy Air, Inc. was selected by Walbridge to complete the HVAC mechanical system for Orlando Sanford International Airport’s (OSIA’s) $60 million expansion and renovation. This has helped with accelerated passenger growth and allows the airport to better serve the 3 million travelers who pass through the airport each year.
Winter Park Library & Events Center
The city of Winter Park began construction of a new 21st century state-of-the-art library and events center in 2020. The project was designed by world-renowned architect Sir David Adjaye of Adjaye Associates in conjunction with Hunton Brady Architects and was completed in 2021. Energy Air was contracted by Brasfield and Gorrie to complete the HVAC system for the new facility.
FDOT RTMC Sanford
​Energy Air has worked with the Collage Companies to provide the HVAC system for the Regional Transportation Management Center. The state-of-the art facility is 45,000 sq ft and is built with sustainable design features, and is LEED certified. It houses the Central Florida Intelligent Traffic System which operates more than 500 traffic cameras in Central Florida.
