There’s something special about building a school. Making an impact on a community project that will better the lives of students is something we’re proud of at Energy Air. We’ve completed the HVAC scope of work for hundreds of educational facilities. These successful projects include new construction, remodels and additions of K-12 as well as higher education facility classrooms, kitchens, auditoriums, laboratories, gymnasiums, baseball stadium concessions and more.

Our customized scheduling process utilizing a project task analysis combined with our ability to self-perform and our in-house design and fabrication allow us to meet demanding project schedules during critical summer shutdowns. Our trained field team is strategically located throughout central Florida to work on educational facility projects throughout Orlando, Tampa, Ocala and beyond. From the installation of the first thermal storage system for Orange County Public Schools to installation of two miles of chilled water underground for University of Central Florida, we can handle any project scope.
